I’ve traveled with Pavel and OskinTravel to Iceland, Morocco, the Czech Republic, Tuscany, and Venice. Everywhere the itinerary was well thought out, and the locations were excellent. A friendly, pleasant atmosphere and great communication were always an essential bonus.

Let me share my impressions of the trip to the Czech Republic — I chose this photo tour because I had long wanted to shoot the landscapes of Moravia. We were lucky with the sunset light, and I brought back some fantastic shots. Every trip with OskinTravel offers a very well-designed route, a professional and personalized approach from the guide, and the best locations.

I joined an OskinTravel tour in 2021. I adore Tuscany and had visited several times before, but I wanted to see it through the eyes of another photographer. The trip exceeded all my expectations. The thoughtfully planned itinerary, shooting angles, and deep knowledge of the region allowed me to experience Tuscany in a completely new way.

And the most memorable locations were the small towns we visited — Pienza, San Gimignano, Maccianno, Montalcino, Pitigliano, Crete Senesi, and Bagno Vignoni.

Autumn Tuscany, Provence, and Morocco — three destinations I visited with OskinTravel. I chose the first tour to test my panoramic film camera in the stunning autumn landscapes of Tuscany. A friend’s recommendation played an important role.

I joined the next tours because of Pavel. I wanted once again to dive into that playful, almost student-theatre vibe and enjoy the moments and atmosphere that Pavel knows how to create so well.

All the tours I took part in exceeded my expectations and filled me with good, positive energy. And, of course, I came home with great photos. What I loved most was the carefree atmosphere, Pavel’s literary experiments (his stories about Shishkin), while the photos, food, and routes felt like a pleasant bonus.

Chasing the morning fog in Tuscany is an experience I’ll never forget. The locations were incredible, every detail thoughtfully considered, and Pavel’s care for his guests is truly exceptional. And his cooking — absolutely outstanding!

I came back from the yacht feeling free, with new friends and a whole series of photographs I’m truly proud of. It’s a journey that will stay with me forever — and one I can’t wait to repeat.

The landscapes of Tuscany are iconic and diverse — a synonym for the good life and pure enjoyment. It’s a place where nature is generous, and people treat it with deep respect. A region that has everything in terms of scenery. This land in the heart of Italy is where time seems to stand still… Silvery olive groves, fields of sunflowers and poppies, stone farmhouses, and ancient medieval castles. It was here that we experienced an incredible photo expedition with Pavel Oskin — one we will never forget!

I am delighted to share some of my brightest memories from a recent trip to Tuscany this May. Italy is always a source of endless joy, and traveling in great company makes the experience priceless! Traveling with Pavel turned the whole journey into something truly unforgettable. Every detail was thoughtfully planned and executed at the highest level.

From the very first minute, I knew we were in for an exciting tour and a wonderful time. Pavel’s deep knowledge of Tuscany’s special locations and its history, combined with his love for photography, is truly impressive. It all began with a desire to visit Sicily. Islands, volcanoes, a catamaran… Back then, we didn't yet know that this would be the beginning of a much bigger story. Then came Iceland — magical, with its waterfalls, icy rivers, and the Blue Lagoon. After that, Provence — lavender fields, small towns, and sunrises that take your breath away. The Czech Republic, Moravia, Hungary — each country left its own unique mark. And ahead await the Balkans and Scotland.

But the most important part of every trip is the feeling. You find yourself becoming part of something special: the hotels always match the spirit of the place, the itineraries are so well thought out that there are no random details. Perfect timing for photography, delicious meals prepared by Pavel, and attention to every participant — all of this creates an atmosphere you can never forget. Pavel gives not only beautiful shots and knowledge, but also a deep love for the world, for travel, for the moment itself. And we are genuinely happy to walk this journey together with him.

I’ve been on three OskinTravel tours — Scotland, Provence, and Japan. All of these photo tours were beautiful and full of character. Traveling with Pavel is a special pleasure. The trips exceeded all my expectations: an excellent choice of shooting locations and wonderful places to stay.

The château with a vineyard in Provence and the house with a fireplace in Scotland are incredible places that stayed with me the most. Iceland and the Lofoten Islands — these destinations are an absolute must! The photo tours exceeded my expectations without a doubt. The company and organization were top-notch. Pavel is the best! Both trips still feel as vivid as if they happened yesterday.

I had wanted to visit the Venice Carnival for a very long time, and when I realized I could combine it with a photo tour, I thought… this is my chance! In the end, the tour even exceeded my expectations — I especially loved Pavel’s mentorship. He never hesitated to give his time, whether during the shoots or in the evenings when he helped me review my photos.

The tour stood out for its variety of locations, but of course the highlight was St. Mark’s Square. I enjoyed almost everything: the loft where we stayed, the dinners we cooked under Pavel’s guidance, and of course, photographing the masks themselves. Highly recommended!

I knew I wanted to go to Iceland the moment I saw Pavel’s photos from there. A rich itinerary, breathtaking and unique nature, wonderful company, and beautiful shots — the tour exceeded all my expectations!

Iceland was a completely new country for me — and a challenging one for travel. I knew I wouldn’t be able to organize such an interesting itinerary on my own, so I decided to join a tour with an experienced guide.

I chose Pavel — and it was better than anything I could have imagined! The route was incredibly well planned: we circled the entire island and even traveled into the highlands. Everything was scheduled according to the light — we never missed the right moment. If we needed to catch the very first sunray or the last glow of sunset, we were exactly where we needed to be.

Pavel is a great storyteller and teacher. He can explain complex things in simple words because he truly understands what he’s talking about. He intuitively knows when to step in with help and when to leave you alone with your camera. And if you follow all his advice — good shots are inevitable.

What struck me most were the colorful mountains of Landmannalaugar. Everything there felt extraordinary — the mountains themselves, the wild horses, the mountain rivers we crossed by car, and bathing in a hot spring. My best shots came from that place! But there were so many epic moments overall — riding a tractor to the puffins across a black beach, flying in a small plane over volcanoes and braided rivers, waterfalls and geysers, the ocean and whales, fumaroles! And the hot springs! Iceland is incredible.

I am very grateful to Pavel for so openly sharing everything he loves about Iceland with us. They say the best way to travel is to go somewhere with the locals — and I feel we were lucky enough to have exactly that experience.

The trip to Iceland was a dream of mine — and the tour exceeded my expectations 100 percent! Absolutely everything was top-notch, but the ice lagoon and the glacier were especially unforgettable. The trip to Iceland was my dream — and it came true in wonderful company. We captured unique landscape shots and visited incredible locations, but the most unforgettable for me were the Icelandic geysers. They are absolutely amazing! The journey met my expectations 100%. I traveled to Iceland with Pavel because it was my dream. The trip was — and still remains — the best tour of my life. I chose the photo tour to Sicily to celebrate my birthday — and it was a perfect decision. The tour even exceeded my expectations! Everything was wonderful: from the thoughtfully planned itinerary and visits to unique locations to the meals prepared from local seafood. Sicily is beautiful, especially when Pavel is the one who reveals it to you.

One of the best trips of my life was the photo tour in Iceland with Pavel. During the Arctic summer, when there is almost no night, you can shoot practically around the clock. Thanks to Pavel’s guidance, I managed to capture stunning images, and my skills improved significantly.

The culinary side of the journey was a pleasure of its own: every day we enjoyed dishes made from meat, fish, and vegetables, prepared in styles from different world cuisines.

I dream of returning to this beautiful country again — and with Pavel’s help capturing all the shots I didn’t have time to take on the last trip. Would I recommend going to Iceland with Pavel? Absolutely!
