1. General Provisions
This document is an official public offer of the sole proprietor Pavel Oskin IČ 04199448, registered in the Czech Republic (hereinafter — the 'Provider').
Acceptance of this Offer is confirmed by either full payment of the photo tour price or payment of the deposit.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The Provider undertakes to deliver photo tour services, including itinerary planning, logistics, accommodation booking, photography masterclasses, group guidance and photography assistance. The Customer undertakes to pay for the services.
3. Payment and Deposit
3.1. To secure one place in the tour, the Customer must pay a deposit of €1,500.
3.2. The full price of the tour must be paid no later than 3 months before the first day of the tour.
3.3. Refund policy:
- 3 or more months before the first day of the tour — the deposit or payment is refunded partially, with €250 retained for each reserved place;
- 1 to 3 months before the first day of the tour — 50% of the full tour price (per place) is refunded;
- Less than 1 month before the first day of the tour — no refund is provided, except in cases of force majeure as defined in Clause 6. In such cases, the Customer may choose one of two options: transfer of the full amount to another tour or refund of 50% of the tour price.
4. Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of conclusion, provided the service has not started. Withdrawal must be submitted in writing or by email: oskinpavel@gmail.com
5. Data Protection (GDPR)
The Provider processes personal data in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). Details are available in the Privacy Policy: https://oskintravel.com/privacy
6. Force Majeure
Force majeure circumstances include natural disasters, catastrophes, government restrictions (including quarantines and border closures), as well as wars, armed conflicts or a state of emergency in the Customer’s country of residence or in the country where the tour takes place, and serious health problems of the Customer confirmed by a medical certificate.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved by the competent court at the Provider’s place of registration (Czech Republic).
