We meet you at Prague Airport in the first half of the day and take you to the hotel (the preferred arrival time is around noon). Lunch is planned at the Strahov Monastery, famous for some of the best traditional Czech dishes and excellent craft monastery beer. After lunch, we will visit the main landmarks, including the monastery library—considered one of the most beautiful in the world—as well as Prague Castle with its iconic St. Vitus Cathedral and the Golden Lane.
Our photo tour begins with a sunset shoot from the Hanavský Pavilion. Sunset here is probably one of the most beautiful views of Prague. You stand on a terrace above the Vltava River, and the entire city unfolds at your feet. The river flows slowly below, the bridges line up in a perfect chain, and the towers and rooftops of the Old Town gradually turn golden and pink.
At first, the light is soft and delicate—almost watercolor-like. The red tiled roofs grow warmer, and the cathedral spires glow with a thin line of light. Then, as the sun sets behind Petřín Hill, everything around you seems to ignite—Charles Bridge, the towers of Malá Strana, the domes of the churches. The city begins to shimmer with lights, and the atmosphere feels festive even if you’re simply standing there with your camera, taking it all in.
For a photographer, this is pure joy: every millimeter of your lens has a job to do. You can shoot wide panoramas with the bridges and the river, or focus on details—street lights coming alive, reflections in the water, silhouettes of towers against the sky. And in that moment, you understand why Prague is called "the city of a hundred spires": you can truly see them all at sunset.
After the shoot, we’ll enjoy dinner at another iconic traditional Czech restaurant and brewery, U Fleků, for an authentic cultural experience.
