We will meet you at Prague Airport in the first half of the day and transfer you to the hotel (the preferred arrival time is around noon). Lunch is planned at the Strahov Monastery, famous for its classic Czech dishes and the best monastic craft beer. After lunch, we’ll explore the city’s main landmarks, including the monastery’s library — considered one of the most beautiful in the world — as well as Prague Castle with its iconic St. Vitus Cathedral and Golden Lane.
Our photo tour will begin with a sunset shoot at the Hanavský Pavilion. The sunset there is probably one of the most breathtaking views of Prague. You stand on a terrace above the Vltava River, and the whole city unfolds at your feet. Below, the river flows slowly; the bridges line up in a perfect chain, while the towers and rooftops of the Old Town begin to glow in golden and pink tones.
At first, the light is soft and delicate, almost watercolor-like — the red tiled roofs turn warmer, and the cathedral spires shine with a thin rim of light. And then, as the sun sets behind Petřín Hill, everything around you lights up — Charles Bridge, the towers of Malá Strana, the church domes. The city begins to sparkle with lights, and there’s this festive feeling in the air, even if you’re just standing there with your camera, watching.
For a photographer, it’s pure joy: every millimeter of your lens is at work. You can shoot wide panoramas with the bridges and the river, or focus on details — the street lights, reflections in the water, the silhouettes of towers against the sky. And in that moment, you understand why Prague is called "the city of a hundred spires": at sunset, you can truly see them all.
Afterwards, we’ll enjoy dinner at another iconic traditional Czech restaurant and brewery, U Fleků — yet another rich cultural experience.
